First at the scene: First at the scene: Manara security chief breaks down describing the wounded children:
Tamir Duadi, head of Kibbutz Manara's local security team, was the first to reach the scene of the explosion in northern Israel and immediately began treating the wounded.
In his first account to Channel 12, he struggled to hold back tears.
“These are children. I saw them holding their friends, and you're treating them and putting on tourniquets.”
Tamir has dealt with difficult incidents throughout the war. His own home in Manara was badly hit, and his son was wounded by anti-tank fire.
