Eerie words from Flydubai captain stabbed by co-pilot:
Captain Smith Machahar, who was stabbed by the co-pilot on the flight from Dubai, gave a podcast interview about a year ago where he spoke about emergencies in the air.
“When we're up there and something happens, who is going to save you?” he said. “You'll be lucky if there's a doctor on the plane, but if there isn't, the flight crew can do it too.”
One year later, those words took on a very different meaning.
