Building collapse in Tel Aviv: Emergency crews search rubble on Nahalat Binyamin.
Emergency forces are now operating at the scene of a building collapse on Nahalat Binyamin Street in Tel Aviv.
Initial reports say the building was under renovation and was not occupied, preventing a much larger number of casualties.
Three people were rescued from the rubble, with only one lightly injured.
Emergency teams are continuing to search the site.
